A HOME

When forgiveness is too hard to earn
And the pain of the offence committed lingered
The night is far from the dusk a home
Is not built on resentment and unforgiving lifestyle
A home is built on nothing less than love

If you well said then what is a home
A home is not a bricks of war
Where the war of words of hate and bitterness ensue
A home is not built to be manage endured in pain
Pain of abusive words slandered and cut off

If you well said then what is a home
A home is never an avenue
To molest and murder emotion
Making one living but a death corpse walking around
A home waiting to be buried and lost out

A home built on fairness equity and trust
A home where love exceeds hate
A home where sweet savour words are use
A home where there is contentment
A home where the crowd never mingle with the home affairs

Fairness is been seen in making judgments
Equity upholding the justice of judgment in absolute fairness
Trust so much never allow the third party to be a yardstick
Loving no matter the condition…no matter the weather
Words for every season ensue to uplift and encouraging words

Contentment to its fullest spot
Never living outside the jurisdiction of all sphere of life
Living in the means of what you have
Live for the moment as tomorrow welcomes great things
A home this should be how a home should

Built on God and follow God’s leading and will
Prayer the key strong factors that binds so strong

No Home To Keep Our Love

There is a place where the heart is at home
At the bosom of the one who we love dearly
Dearest to our abode we keep it nourish it
To water it with affectionate feelings to let it grow
No home to keep our love

It wonders from shore to shore
Out there in the midst of cold
It stays like a heart a without a home
On life’s road it strays just there
No home nor shelter to rest it’s head

Love comes to those who believe
Something we find love in an unseemly place
With this set of person of a truth
There is a connection between two hearts
Two hearts that beats as one

A home for you
A home for me
The fire burns so passionately inside us
We long for each other there is this bound
The light up the fire that sparkle through the night

But a home is where this love can stay
We keep it inside our heart with its feeling
As we feed and nourishes this love
Guiding it jealously with all what we got
Shutting the world out just us you and I

Just to bring us together
And reach out to us in every spheres
Of the one we reach out to as our heart too
We ready to take this thing we share
But there is no home to keep the love

Breaking the distance o’er space and time
As we tend to keeps the fire burning
But for how long can we be apart from us each other
On this wide space of time alas but no place
No home to keep our love

BEEN MARRIED…BEEN RESPONSIBLE

Some school of thought had it
That until one is married that’s when
One become responsible
Responsible because such a one
Is now attached to a particular being (Mr.&Mrs.)

Been married…Been Responsible
Does that serve as a yardstick of been responsible
Doesn’t becomes something worthy to associate with
You chase the wind in flittlessness of life
How many married men today are responsible? Few

A lot of them are married with kids
And while some are not with kids
Some are busy just busy chasing what they are not
Some are married but single
Been married…Been Responsible

But how do one measure been responsible
There are responsible single men out there today
Better off than the married men who are married
But are not responsible at all far from it
Marriage shouldn’t be a yardstick to measure been responsible

Like a man fails to provide for his own
Like a man who fails to keep the marriage vow
Like a man whose kids aren’t in school because of money
Like a man who has lost his dignity in sight of the secretary in the office
Like a man whose authority is sold out because of not been able to be a man

Is that one responsible compare to that single man?
Who know what he wants in life than he define it and chase it
Who knows how to keep himself pure from anything under the skirt
Who chases is dream rather than chase women of lose virtue
Who work legitimately and foot is bills, Is that man not responsible?

Let me tell you been responsible
Is not until one is married
Your been responsible when you are not married
Determines you become more responsible when you’re married
So please spear me that singles are responsible too

SOMEBODY SHOT THEIR DAD

The rate of infidelity in marriage these days
Is so alarming that makes one think
What happen to the first love that was shared?
That brought this two separate entity to unite as one
That one you feel and prayed and see is good for you

Call it whatever names
Extra-marital affairs, infidelity
One night stand, cheating adventure hmmm a deadly end
We live in days where we have modified this act
Adultery is adultery

Adultery what a ravaging monster
It fears no man whatever how tough such a man is
Adultery can take a strong man and break him
Falling him flat on his back some rise up
While some never get the chance to come back up again

This has been an age long time battle
And so many has been stigmatized
With this great epidemic called adultery
Has nailed so many men down shattered careers
Shattered dreams and lost their families

Broken and shattered dreams
Someone shot their dad
Just as an insurance risk occurred
Risk is also the central issue in determining whether or not
You will survive the ambush of another woman

Somebody shot their Dad
For some it’s the bullet that flies out
Of the ambush of another woman
And some go down because of the ambush of neglected family
Somewhere along the lane of adultery someone shot their Dad

I don’t know what is taking you from your family
I don’t know who are spending all your time with
Or are you currently spending so much time
With an attractive woman other than your wife?
Do you have a personal time with the Lord in prayer and read the Bible?
Are you absolutely sure that you won’t get shot by somebody?

SOMETIMES

You wanna talk with someone for so long
And you just don't wanna be the one calling.
Your voice echoes on a far distance
Hoping to be heard by some a question goes
Who's here?

When the heart is cold
and loneliness took your heart far
you were alone in the midst of the crowd
who comes along when one cries for help?
And no one was there to held the call

You long for someone to talk
Someone to share your burden heart with
You stretch forth your hand
But no one was to hold on to
Sometimes

Even been in the midst of the crowd
You still feel to be all alone
As other walks in pair you walk alone
You bear it all alone by yourself
Sometimes

Loneliness becomes your acquaintance
You confident…your space
Your world is just you and you alone
Sometimes my mama house don’t feel like home
Sometimes

EMOTIONAL REJECTION

After leading Britain to victory
Against Nazi Germany Winston Churchill
Earned his place in history
Britain has been so intimated by Hitler
That petitions were being circulated at Oxford and Cambridge

That Britain should surrender to German
Hitler was roving around Europe at will
His war machine was seemingly unstoppable
Most of the Britain was defeated psychologically before the war started

But what Winston Churchill took charge
As prime minister on May 10, 1940
One month later leaders from around the world
Were wondering whether if France was defeated
Britain would quit as well

After so much great speech from Winston Churchill
By the power of his will and personality
Churchill as one historian puts it
Transformed cowards into brave men
And incredible things begin to happen

Five years later, the incredible became reality
On May 7, 1945, Germany surrendered to the Allied forces
How did Britain show their thanks to the man
Who had single handedly restored their resolve and determination
On July 25, not quit three months after Germany’s defeat

The nation showed their thanks to this great man
By summarily voting him out of office
Churchill was rejected by the very people
He had helped to save! He had pulled them together as a nation
And then with victory in hand they turned on him

Churchill was wounded
Perhaps you too likewise
